An overnight outing to the Port Royal Cypress Wetlands in Beaufort, S.C.- one of the best rookery locations in the area, where you will see a large variety of nesting birds and other wildlife.  We will visit the rookery early in the morning and late afternoon to view the maximum number of birds.  There is a boardwalk, about 0.6 mile long, around the wetlands. We will also visit other sites in the area, which will be decided upon by those attending the trip. ​​
